Print Invoice doesn't work


This morning the Print Invoice link doesn't bring up an invoice to print. We've tried Firefox, Chrome, IE on 3 different computers and it stopped working. Is there a fix in the works?

Hello Brian!

Thanks a lot for your report. We are aware of this problem and our developers are already working on fixing it. We will post an update here once we fix it.

As I see in your Ecwid control panel, you are using old invoices at the moment. As a workaround I suggest that you switch to the new one in your Ecwid control panel ->Settings -> "What's New" tab, Improved printed invoices.

Thank you Daria. We've switched to the new improved printed invoice and it is working. We like the old (and improved) look. :-)

Just to let you know that the issue with printing the old-style invoices from your Control Panel has been fixed. Please note that we recommend using new improved invoices as they are really nice =)

Thanks Clara. That will make my accountant happy. He prefers the old one due to the placement of information. :-) At any rate, we love using Ecwid.
