How do we review fraud orders in Ecwid?
Fraud and chargeback is part of our business. We need to make sure the chargeback is less than 1% per month to avoid cancellation of payment gateway.
How other stores manage eCommerce fraud in Ecwid? Are there any 3rd party tools like FraudLabs Pro or Signifyd that we can integrated easily without hiring developers?
