Look at how many of his threads are resolved on the page you sent. Would you bother? I'm not going to.

I installed "Ecwid Product Advisor" and tried several settings without success.
The Plugin has several links in the settings and sends emails to me (continuously).
Error: Cannot pull On Sale products from server: Headers: Not set properly\nCLIENT IP: 108.9.171.94\nPROXY IP: \nIf errors persist please forward this email to wordpress@qtmsoft.com
I used the email address in the plugin to ask for help and got this reply from: helpdesk@x-cart.com (HUH??!!!)

Anna Gvozdikova If this isn't a valid solution anymore can you please make this clear on your Forums. OR ask that the people at wordpress@qmtsoft.com straighten out the settings and contact info on their plugin OR remove it from the WordPress depository!?
Even worse plugin has send another 40 emails (So far) AFTER I removed it!

Sorry for the troubles. I would like to point out that this plugin is not a part of our official plugin for Wordpress as it was developed by another company, that's why we can't provide you with technical assistance with this issue. However, we already informed the developers of this plugin about the problem and they will get in touch with you shortly (if they haven't done that yet).

Deleted products still show on the random product widget on my front page.
Hello, I have searched through the forum for this issue and can find nothing. I have deleted the product and the category but the non existing items still feature on the random product widget. How can I fix this issue?
Kind regards,
Hepz

ECWID Random Products Widget shows deleted products!
A visitor noticed that a random product in the widget showed a different price from the product details when clicked. The random product was showing last year's price, which was updated in January of this year.
Since I could not get the random product to show the corect price, I duplicated the product, gave the duplicate a new product code, and deleted the original.
The original (deleted) product still shows up in the random product widget, the product details still show, and the deleted product is still purchasable.
A solution for a similar problem elsewhere in the forum suggests there is more than one account active with different product lists. I have only one account, one login, one dashboard, and one set of products. This is a serious problem, it is confusing customers.

I believe, there is some kind of a cache that this plugin uses. You would simply need to empty that cache to fix the things. Ecwid guys?

Hello,
Sorry that you are facing this issue.
The thing is the Product Advisor plugin you are using is not a part of our official plugin for Wordpress and it was developed by another company. That's why we can't provide you with technical assistance with this issue. We've informed the developers of this plugin about the problem and they will contact you shortly.

Links in random widget only go to store not product
Swift:
I like the widget, however when the random products come up and you click on a product it defaults to the store not the category or the particular product page itself. Therefore it is only good if using the widget as a sales tool to get you to your store which could be done a different way and not good for a point of sale. Is this the way it was meant to be or am I missing something.

Good news! The official Ecwid plugin for Wordpress now natively supports random product and latest products listing widgets. You can add them to your site from your Wordpress backend (Appearance -> Widgets).
