Hello! I currently am trying to transfer my store ive had to my new site, its connected to Yola and i dont like their service and changed registrars, so can i unlink it? and i cant access the html coding through ecwid for the widgets to add them.

I would like to keep all my products/categories and customers without restarting...

Please help ecwid thanks!

While looking through my profile, i came across this post.

This is first post is not me and i did not post this thread! I just signed up with ecwid a few days ago and have only made 1 post about how to setup user file uploads. The email address you referenced in the email is also not my address or the one associated with this account. Can you take a look at this please?

I’ve investigated your issue and must admit that it must have been some error, as a result of which the following huddle occurred. I am really sorry about that.

I will need some time to inspect the case more thoroughly in order to understand what really happened, and let you know.

Meanwhile, do you still require some help with Ecwid?
