First, you can quickly switch your Ecwid Control Panel to English by opening it with this ink:
https://my.ecwid.com/cp/CP.html?lang=en

It will change the panel’s language.

Can you please tell me from what page you registered? I need to check it.

Basically Ecwid translations work in such way that the language is taken from your browser settings.

Settings for a specific browser may contain several languages at once, and one of them may be set up as a preferred browser language.
For example, the Chrome browser has such an option.
