I'm very sorry to hear that you don't need the Ecwid store anymore. Can you please tell me the reason for that? What features do you miss in Ecwid?

By the way, do you know that you can add Ecwid to any website? Also, Ecwid has plugins for the most popular website builders. If you’re interested, here are our articles:

I’ve checked your Ecwid account (ID 13209305) and see that you are on the Free plan. You can keep your Ecwid account for future use, it is free and will remain free as long as you wish.

If you still want to delete your Ecwid account, go to My Profile → Profile and click the “Close my account” button. Your account and all the store data will be deleted permanently.
