Paypal logo missing

G'day
Thanks for your great product. It's made making sales pretty easy for me.

The Paypal logo occasionally goes missing, which has prompted a few customers to complain that they don't know how to check out.
Any ideas?

Thanks in advance. Paul

(The attachment show's I've just added the express checkout option as well)

Hello Paul!
Thank you for the message.

I am very sorry for the delayed reply.

I have opened your store http://flyleds.com/products/, placed this item to bag and processed to checkout. I could see the checkout button and easily processed to the shipping details page.
Please, take a look at the screenshot of what I see on my side:

On the Payment details page I could see 2 available payment options - PayPal and Wire Transfer.

I have also checked the store settings and as I can see, the PayPal Express Checkout option is disabled now, this is why the yellow PayPal Checkout button doesn't show up on the cart page of your store.

Could you please specify what PayPal logo is missing on your website so I can try to reproduce the issue on our side?
Thank you!

Kind regards,

Hi Antea, thanks for the reply.

My mistake, it was the "checkout" button that was invisible. The button was there, but with no text on it, customers couldn't find it...

I have since recreated my website into Wordpress and all is good.

I was using another platform that my host removed access to, and they broke several other things at the same time, so it may have been related to that.

Thank you!
