"Custom HTML Order Emails" extension

Hello!

We are happy to announce the official release of 'Custom HTML order emails' extension for Ecwid stores. It allows to make the order notifications more attractive to your customers by using HTML templates instead of original plain text.

The extension is available in 2 plans: Free and Unlimited. Free plan includes all features with only limitation of 5 emails per month. Unlimited plan has no limitations so you can send as many emails as you need. The pricing can be found at: http://ninjawidget.com/html_notifications/pricing.html

The installation of extension takes a few minutes, just register here and follow the instructions.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask here or drop us a line at support@ninjawidget.com.

Thank you!

Default Ninja Widget not working

Hi all,

I've installed the HTML notification widget from Ninja Widget. I've been in communication with NW and everything looks good on their end. I've installed NW correctly. However, when I place a test order, I receive the plain text email notification from Ecwid, not the NW HTML format notification. When I disable the Ecwid notification, I get nothing at all. Has anyone else had trouble with this? Is there some setting I don't know about that isn't working properly? Is it something to do with Wordpress?

Thanks for any help you can give.

Hello Shannon,

We continue investigating this problem on our side. As we've seen the widget is installed correctly, but some of notifications are not sent for some reason. We will do our best to find the reason of issue and fix it ASAP. Meanwhile please keep the standard Ecwid notifications enabled just in case.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience. We will keep you informed via email and in this thread.

Default Changes to Ninja Widget

Hello,

We launched Ninja Widget in 2013 in an effort to make it easy for merchants to extend Ecwid functionality with useful add-ons. We were doing our best provide the service of high quality that's why we were keeping improving the system. However now we have to admit that we have exhausted all resources. Unfortunately, the project funding was terminated and it won't get further support.

What will change:

The «Back in Stock», «CloudSearch» and «Custom HTML order emails» widgets will be still available, but they will be provided 'as is' with no warranty for accuracy. It means no new bug-fixes and no new features will be released. Your current plan and its features will remain unchanged, but the ability to upgrade the plan will be disabled for all users.

We regret for any inconvenience this announcement may cause. We really appreciate your support and want to thank everyone for being with us all this time!

With any questions please contact us at support@ninjawidget.com or at this thread.
