Hello Vik,

thank you for getting in touch. The minicart on the Starter Site is different from the regular minicart in normal view. The minicart on Starter Site was specially designed for it, it has responsive layout and looks great on mobiles. If your aim is to change Starter Site minicart to the minicart in normal view, it's not possible, sorry. Starter Site has limited options for changing its design.
