I checked the Zoho Inventory app and noticed that it has integration with Zapier: https://zapier.com/apps/zapier/integrations/zoho-crm Ecwid is integrated with Zapier as well so I believe it should be possible to connect Zoho and Ecwid through it.

Besides, it should be possible to integrate Zoho with Ecwid through a custom solution just for your store based on Ecwid API: https://developers.ecwid.com/api-documentation

Note that such development requires certain programming skills, so you will need to hire a third-party developer for this task. At the moment we don't have integration with Zoho. However, we are working on the improvements and I have already added Zoho to the feature waiting list. There's no ETA on when it's going to be created though.

It may be possible to create this integration just for your store with the help of our Customisation Team.
