Question

MySQL database error for Ecwid store recurring in PHP error log

Does anybody else see this error recurring in their php5_error_log file?
WordPress database error MySQL server has gone away for query SELECT * FROM wp_posts WHERE ID = 1420 LIMIT 1 made by require('wp-blog-header.php'), require_once('wp-includes/template-loader.php'), include('/themes/bigbeartoolsP/404.php'), get_header, locate_template, load_template, require_once('/themes/bigbeartoolsP/header.php'), dynamic_sidebar, call_user_func_array, WP_Widget->display_callback, EcwidSearchWidget->widget, get_page, get_post, WP_Post::get_instance
(FYI, ID=1420 in wp_posts is our "store" page with the required Ecwid code in it.)

Thanks,
Paul

Hello Paul,

I have checked your store and as far as I can see Ecwid plugin for Wordpress works properly now: http://bigbeartools.com/store/#!/~/c...=0&sort=normal

However, store content has been hidden by custom code in your CSS theme in Ecwid control panel -> System Settings -> Desing -> CSS theme.

Could you, please, confirm if problem still exist and provide me with details how it can be reproduced?

Thank you.
