Question

When i try to change some datas in my shop, about shop settings, it appears error


When i try to change some datas in my shop, about shop settings, it appears this error:

spanish:
Lo sentimos estamos experimentando dificultades tecnicas
Nuestro equipo esta trabajando para solucionar el problema.
Por favor actualice la página pasados unos minutos. Si el problema
persiste póngase en contacto con nuestra asistencia al cliente.

And, finally i havenot can change shop name, phone, and url. i could change suddenly another datas, but before three days, i havenot can change anything more.

What can i do?

Could you please also provide some more information about the issue?

When was it when the issue took place? The particular day and time would be very nice to know since it's highly possible that the issue was caused by one of the recent Ecwid updates.
