Where di you get the affiliate tracking code? Is it exactly the same that is listed in your PAP admin back-end? Usually, the code looks like the one from the instruction in our knowledge base:

You mean the Facebook custom HTML code. That was earlier in this thread.

The Affiliate Referrer ID I created in the backend of PAP.

As you can see the FB widget works without the custom HMTL just fine, and also works with the custom code just fine, ONLY it does NOT work at the critical stage - on the intended Facebook page.

There are several issues with the way you integrated Ecwid on your Facebook page:
1) As far as I understand, you use the 'Custom HTML code (advanced)' option for store integration.
This option is supposed to be used when you want to alter the tab content and it alters the content completely. So, if you don't include Ecwid integration code there, there won't be any store in the tab. That is what happens: you simply enter the custom code but there is no Ecwid integration code in it hence no store. In order to put there the custom code and you store, you will need to use the widget integration codes from your control panel as you would do if you wanted to integrate your storefront on your site or blog outside Facebook.
2) The main application canvas (https://apps.facebook.com/ecwid-shop...24472570916336) properly displays your store because it is not modified: the custom tab content doesn't affect it anyhow.
The thing is our Facebook application is available in two 'views': tab view and canvas view. You can manually change the content of the tab as you want, but it is not the same for the main app canvas: the main app canvas simply displays your store regardless of the tab content. By the way, it is also the reason why you cannot put any custom codes on your main app canvas store view - the only way to do it is to create a custom FB application. So, unfortunately, it doesn't contain your custom code now.
3) The affiliate code you integrated in your tab doesn't work at the moment - it generates the error "papTrack is not defined" - you can see it if you inspect your store page via the browser developer tools and look at the JavaScript errors on the page. I think the error is caused by invalid code. I believe the code should look as it is recommended by Post Affilaite Pro - you can find the correct code in your Post Affiliate Pro admin back-end. Please also refer to the points 3 and 4 in this article:

That makes sense on the custom html removing all code, I assumed it just allowed 'additional' code to be inserted. So 100% got that and that's fine.

Regarding the affiliate tracking code - the error you are seeing is that the tracking code is not integrated on the Facebook app? So I need to include the code tracking in the custom html tab of the FB app?

I'm not following exactly the error there sorry I'm not a coder by background.

OK, so PAP is tracking click through s but not tracking sales.

Any suggestions now where I have gone wrong? Would be hugely appreciated.

The error most likel meant the tracking code file trackjs.js was not loaded. Now, as far as I can see, you've modified the code and it works. Also, as I see, you included Ecwid integration codes there this time. There is an issue with Ecwid codes though - you will need to change 'http' to 'https' there as I mentioned in one of my previous messages: http://www.ecwid.com/forums/showpost...4&postcount=20 .

As to sales tracking, can you please specify where do you expect it to track sales?

Thanks for your help. I'm getting really confused with this, as the track.js code has either or http: https: in the code. So now I have gone back and inserted the original code from the start of this thread as well.

Please see the code below and highlight where I'm going wrong.

Post Affiliate Pro is tracking CLICK throughs just fine, but I placed a test sales, and it isn't tracking the SALE for commission. That's what I mean when I say it is not tracking sales. Everything shows fine in the Ecwid backend as always.

The code contains the inclusion of Ecwid scripts. This line:

<script type="text/javascript" src="http://app.ecwid.com/script.js?1575325" charset="utf-8"></script>

It causes the mixed content conflict as it did for the trackjs codes previously: the page is requested by https but contains the http references. In order to fix that, you'll need to change http to https in that line. (It is not related to the tracking code this time).

I have both included now and both seem to call the affiiate tracking code in a different way?
