I just checked my FB Page where it says "store" and clicked: https://www.facebook.com/Towelpros/app/251458316228/

I then went back to the FB main page and clicked the link and it worked. I posted it on my FB Page about not having to go to the actual store. A customer said it's a bad link, but it works on my computer just fine. Help, please.

Hello,

This is Una from Ecwid Customer Care team. Thank you for reaching out! I’m sorry for the delayed reply.

As I see you have the old Facebook integration enabled in your store. The thing is that Ecwid stores added to Facebook via this integration are not displayed on mobile devices and when your customers open a store link on their mobiles they can see this message: "The page you requested cannot be displayed at the moment. It may be temporarily unavailable, the link you clicked on may be broken or expired, or you may not have a permission to view this page." The reason is Facebook limitations, which impact all Facebook apps, not only Ecwid. Here we explain in detail why such stores are not shown on mobiles, please take a look: https://support.ecwid.com/hc/en-us/a...s/115002965485

As a workaround we usually suggest adding a Facebook call-to-action "Shop Now” button, please find instructions here: https://support.ecwid.com/hc/en-us/a...t-Should-I-Do-

Also, we can enable our new Facebook integration for your account. Stores added via this integration are visible on mobiles. Please check the article about Facebook shops and catalog requirements and let us know if you want to try this out.

If you have any further questions, feel free to ask. We are here to help.

Best regards,
Una Q.

When I'm at this point I get this message after following the Facebook app link.

Am I doing something wrong? I am an admin on my page "FlagTruck.com", but still nothing.

Also, my page isn't listed on the ecwid store Connect Facebook drop down.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong here.

This link (https://apps.facebook.com/ecwid-shop/) is only relevant, when you have our old Facebook integration enabled. I've checked your store, and what you have is our newer integration, so the instructions to connect it would be these: https://support.ecwid.com/hc/en-us/a...#setup-channel

There is a list of page roles in Facebook, and the fact, that you do not see it in your list means that you don't have permissions to add Ecwid on that page.

I believe this is your FB page, that you want to connect your Ecwid store to, right? https://www.facebook.com/flagtruck/

If that is true, you need to make sure, that before you click "Connect" in your Ecwid dashboard (here: http://take.ms/4nZfR) you are definitely logged in to the Facebook account, that has full admin rights.

Please, visit this Facebook article on Page Roles and how to edit them: https://www.facebook.com/help/323502271070625/

After you are sure you have full admin rights, please try connecting the page again.

Thanks!

Charlie,

Disregard my last post. This issue was solved by removing the Ecwid app (which was already enabled) from Facebook in this url: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools , then redoing the permissions via Ecwid as I logged into Facebook. All the pages seemed to "refresh" and everything appeared.

Thank you for your time,
Josh

Hello David,

If I understand you right, you are talking about Ecwid mobile app. If so, you can login to your Ecwid account once you open the app, the app will prompt you the two available options:

1) Log in by entering your email and password that you use for logging in to your Ecwid account.

2) You can also log in using the unique QR code. Go to control panel > All sales channels > Mobile > Get the app button. Once you click the link, you will see the QR code in the popup window. Just scan it with your mobile device and you will be signed in.

As soon as you sign in, you will be able to see the settings you already have in your Ecwid control panel, including products, your orders, customer list, etc. Please also refer to the following articles on our mobile apps functionality:

Hope, this helps. If any additional questions occur, feel free to reach out again.
