Shipping issue - need help

I need all my products to use the USPS selected shipping option. I thought I had them all set to that but someone recently purchased 4 pair berry soaps and she wasnt charged shipping. Please help. I already have it set up via USPS and tested it and that works.. but I need all products to actually use the shipping method I have set up. www.cliftonsoap.com is the site.

Hello,

I've inspected your store.

Currently, you have two shipping methods available for your customers:
- USPS Priority Mail
- Pick up (free)

If you don't want your customer to be able to use the latter, just disable it in your control panel (System settings -> Shipping -> User-defined shipping methods) . Screenshot:
