Help! 504 Gateway Time-out!


Hi,

Our entire catalog cannot be accessed due to a 504 Gateway Time-out when we try to access it. We need this resolved ASAP since our catalog is used by both our staff to quote orders and our customers to make purchases.

Hello,

One of Ecwid servers was having troubles yesterday: a part of Ecwid storefronts and control panels were not loading.

We published updates here: http://status.ecwid.com/post/8976001...or-10-of-users

The problems had been fixed. All products, settings, catalog, orders and other data are safe and intact.

Please accept our apologies for this downtime.

MY STORE IS DOWN 504 GATEWAY PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP I NEED THIS BACK UP AND GOING FAST CUSTOMERS PLACE ORDERS AND I NEED TO UPLOAD MORE ITEMS ASAP THANKS

In case, you are still having problems with another storefront, please post a link to it here and specify the browser version and operating system you are running.

In addition, please, perform the following tests to help us identify the problem, if any:

1. Can you access your Ecwid Starter Site at http://glitzandglamboutique.ecwid.com/
2. Can you access our Demo Store at http://www.ecwid.com/demo
3. Does the same issue occur if you try to open your store in a different browser? on a different internet connection?

Post the results of the tests here and we will continue to investigate.
