What im trying to find out is where is this default text stored, so i can update it.

Hello,

The text that appears when you share the product is taken from its description. In order to update the product description go to your Ecwid Control Panel -> Catalog -> select the product -> change the text in Description field:

Please mind, during the next sharing, Facebook can take the previous text from its cache. Please refer to this article for more information on how to overcome it: http://www.ecwid.com/forums/showthread.php?p=92265
