ECwID & Affiliate integration.
To all you guru's out there.
I am not a programmer so all this is pretty new to me.
I have an existing site with an existing affiliate program (x-cart and iDevAffiliate). We are now trying to use EcWid as a means whereby our affiliates can embed our entire store into their own websites.
This has left us with a couple of problems and I hope somebody out there can help:
a) I have attached the iDevAffiliate integration - Because most of my affiliates are not programmers and do not have access to the <HEAD> part of their pages (wordpress etc), I cannot insert the necessary script. Is it possible to include a line in the EcWid widget so that the tracking cookie is activated?
b) I need to embed the affiliate code in the checkout procedure.
Without these two things my entire EcWid campaign is really meaningless and we really want to try out this technology.
