Just spoke with ECWID chat and there is a known issue with WIX integration since yesterday evening which keeps your customers from getting back to the store main page / product grid after they have selected a store item.
THIS IS A VERY BIG PROBLEM
Edward M w/ ECWID said they are aware of the issue, have a fix, but it may take a few days before it's in place. NOT ACCEPTABLE.
Edward denied me a path to escalation - Not good. < Edward did finally escalate to his manager but it is "email only".
I SUGGEST OTHERS START MAKING NOISE ABOUT THIS NOW as who knows how many customers will just drift away unable to simply browse your store effectively. We need ECWID to implement this fix immediately.
