Hello Support,

I want to try the "Product Labels" extension on my store "happy4legs" ( https://my.ecwid.com/store/11170052#dashboard )
but got the following error:

Sorry, the extension cannot be installed on your store because your
subscription plan doesn't allow the app to charge your account.
Please contact us for information: premium@wix.com



I contacted wix support, and they replied "Product Labels" extension is a Third-Party App. If you have any suggestions regarding this app, please contact their support.
i.e. Contact Ecwid support

Pls. advise the solution to install the "Product Labels" extension from ecwid app market so that I can connect it to my ecwid store and try it in Wix properly.

It’s Daria from Ecwid Customer Care team. Thanks for contacting us!

The thing is that your account is registered via Wix. They are our partners and they handle the billing for your store on their side. The extension you are trying to install ('Product Labels') can be paid only via Ecwid direct billing. Since your billing is on Wix side, you can't pay for the app and thus can't install it.

Such paid extensions/apps are available only to stores registered directly via www.ecwid.com as they can pay for them. We would really love to make the apps available for everyone, but there are some technical restrictions on the way. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, we are working to make it possible, yet there is no ETA.

At the moment, you are welcome to use the free extensions which you can see in Ecwid control panel > Extensions.

To highlight certain products in your store, try using CSS codes. For example, here is an article on how to highlight products which are on sale: https://support.ecwid.com/hc/en-us/a...639-Sale-price
