Hi, please help me to set the link from Shop now button to my Ecwid Store on Facebook.
By default Shop now button follows to the built-in facebook shop.
But when i replaced the built-in Facebook shop by your Ecwid store i have to change the link.

If i put the Ecwid Store URL (like https://www.facebook.com/XXXXXXX-127.../251458316228/) to Shop now button, Facebook says to mobile customers the following message:
"The page you requested cannot be displayed at the moment. It may be temporarily unavailable, the link you clicked on may be broken or expired, or you may not have a permission to view this page."?

Need urgent help!
Hello!

Una here, Ecwid Customer Care team. Thank you for your comment! I apologize for the delayed reply.

I’m very sorry to hear that you faced such difficulties and of course I will be glad to help.

Currently, Ecwid stores don't display on mobile devices, that’s why you and your customers see this message: "The page you requested cannot be displayed at the moment. It may be temporarily unavailable, the link you clicked on may be broken or expired, or you may not have a permission to view this page." The reason is Facebook limitations, which impact all Facebook apps, not only Ecwid. As a workaround we usually suggest to add a Facebook call-to-action "Shop Now" button.

As you already added the button, you need to replace this link https://www.facebook.com/XXXXXXX-127.../251458316228/ that can't be opened on mobile devices with a link to your Starter Site, so your customers could click it and be redirected to the store to purchase your products. Your Starter Site is absolutely mobile responsive and can be accessed on any device, so your customers won’t experience any issues.

Here we explain in detail why stores on Facebook are not shown on mobiles, please take a look: https://support.ecwid.com/hc/en-us/a...s/115002965485

I hope you find this information helpful. If any further questions arise, please feel free to ask. We will be glad to answer and assist.

Best regards,
Una Q.
