How do I remove "BUMP" from line?

Hello,

I was successful in removing the category tabs from my shopping cart. However, now there's a bump on the horizontal rule.

How do I remove the bump from line?

Thank you.

The look you currently have in your store is caused by the changes you have applied to your Ecwid CSS theme: you have managed to remove the text inside the category tabs, but you didn't remove the tabs themselves. One of the best ways for you would be to remove the horizontal categories from that page: just remove the widget code from the source of your page and categories will not be displayed.

Hello Eugene,

How do I keep the horizontal line and just remove the category tabs?

I removed the following code, which removed both the line and the tabs:
<div>
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://app.ecwid.com/script.js?498146" charset="utf-8"></script>
<script type="text/javascript"> xCategories("style="); </script>
</div>

I appreciate your help.

Thank you,

Neil

Using a whole interactive categories widget to just have a horizontal line is a fallacy that plagued the web-design of 90s,this is not a recommended approach nowadays. If you need just the line, you can create it with CSS styling, like this:

Code:
div.ecwid-productBrowser {
    border-top: 1px solid #999;
}
This code needs to be added to your Ecwid CSS theme.

Hello Eugene,

Your code for the horizontal line worked. I then needed to have the Shopping Bag stay at the top right of the screen. It moved after removing the xCategories code mentioned above.

To make the Shopping Bag stay at the top right of the screen, I typed the following and it worked.

div.ecwid-minicart {
position: relative;
bottom:-25px;
right: -706px;
}

Again, thank you for your support and wonderful software. I'll be upgrading to Silver Account soon.

Sincerely,

Neil

Hi everyone,

Cant find an answer anywhere on ecwid but hope the below is possible.

What I want to do is remove the bump on the horizontal category tabs. It appears when you click on a category. What I would like is to have is just a straight line, so when I click on a category there is no line that goes around the category name.

Would be great if someone could advise me on how I can achieve this.

Many thanks for your continued support,

Paul
