As we can see, your request was addressed via email already. For those who might be interested in the possible solution, I decided to post it here as well.
Basically, this element is added to the admin notifications. So, only you as a store owner can see it. It contains helpful info about the store management.
As you requested, we disabled "Tips from Ecwid" block for notifications in your Store ID 6199301.
