There are several problem why it stopped working:
- Path to /ecwid_ajax_indexing.php file was changed and module can't find it now
- CURL PHP extension was not installed or enabled on the server
Since it's a server-side script, it is hardly possible to detect the exact reason from outside. In order to find and fix it, you will need to debug the code. I'd also recommend inspecting the PHP log files on your server. PHP error messages in that file could be helpful to locate and fix the bug. If you are not sure where PHP log files located, please, contact your hosting team regaridng this.
Once indexing module start working again, your new store will be indexed properly.
I look forward to your reply.

HI,
I have a similar problem with my store. Well at least you can tell me whether my problem is server-side based as well...
I am running a wordpress site, I do have a sitemap, the latest ecwid plugin, a paid shop etc.
GWT tools tell me that most of the ecwid products are not indexed..on top of that I cannot find my products with the google "site: " search at all...the result is only a list of #! URLs...apparently the robot only sees the "pretty URL"...instead of the product/ description etc (HTML snapshot).
I figured that each products has a 301 redirect from the "ugly" URL to the "pretty" URL...resulting in google only seeing the "dynamic content" and not indexing it. HOw can I fix that??
I have already deleted and re-installed the plugin, but nothing changes..I´m about to go mad since could not fix this yet.
The site is: www.planetstoked.com/shop
(don´t bother about the inital login problem...please follow the link to shop).
Thank you very much for your support.
