For grandfathered accounts - Silver vs. Venture vs. Business

I'm getting close to 100 products on the Venture Plan and am looking for the comparison between the Venture and Silver. I'm one of the grandfathered accounts. Is there an advantage going to the Silver besides being able to have up to 20,000 products? I can't really afford the Business plan yet, so wondering what else I'll get switching back to the Silver plan.
