Canada Post Shipping plug in not working with my account


Hello,

I recently setup a Canada Post Selling Online account and received my Merchant ID.

When I replace the CPC_DEMO_XML merchant ID in the Account Details sections for the Canada Post module with the one I got (I can provide via private message), the online store doesn't work. Clicking the "Test" button does work successfully however.

The shipping estimate no longer shows with the product price on the site and when I specify an address and click "Apply" or "Save", it doesn't do anything with it and still says that my address is not provided.

Changing back to "CPC_DEMO_XML" or even "CPC_TEST" does go back to working.

I've contacted Canada Post and they say they've tested my merchant ID and can authenticate without issue.

Is there perhaps some special setup I need to do in the Selling Online administrative pages? I can provide you my account to verify for yourself too.

I've inspected you store settings and a 'simple store' version of your storefront (https://app.ecwid.com/jsp/1072301/simple-store). As far as I can see, shipping is configured properly and everything works fine. These screenshots illustrate it:

I was able to get things working by calling Selling Online and requesting for them "to disable calculation of packaging".
