I have a couple questions about the new Yola Online Store widget.

1. I need to set up a few products that have conditional options and I'm not sure if this can be accomplished. Here is an example:

Product #1 Fabric #1 Color #A Color #B Fabric #2 Color #C Fabric #3 Color #D Color #E

Please keep in mind that each Fabic sellection is unique and each color within that Fabric is unique. You can not get color #C in anything but Fabric #2. Make sence?

2. I would prefer to see a Catagory Menu on the left of my screen. Button style would be nice. Is that possible.

3. I would also like to have a button style Sign In.

4. I would also love to see a feature that allows batch changes.

5. How about reporting to show the total of sales tax collected.

6. Ability to show Retail Price and Our Price or Sales Price

I just found this wite listed showing how they modified it for their needs. I really like several of the features they used and would LOVE for someone to help me with it. I am fairly good with most things computer realted but this css stuff is not my thing... HELP!

I like the layout with the menu bar on the right side including the shopping cart and catagories. I would prefer the lower box to have the sign-in information

Also admiring the Like/Send, social plug-in and Interested-In product features!!

Ps. I should note that my store is set up with Ewcid for Yola.

1. Ecwid allows to create condition options using Product Variations functionality. In order to do this you should:
- Create two product options with following selections:
option Fabric:
-- Fabric #1
-- Fabric #2
-- Fabric #3
option Color:
-- Color #A
-- Color #B
-- Color #C
-- Color #D
-- Color #E
- Create product variations based on this options. You should create all possible variation and set “Out of stock” for variation, which can’t be sold (like Fabric #1/Color #E or Fabric #3/Color#A).

Once you do this customer will be able to buy only available variations of products.

2,3. In order to add vertical categories menu to your store you can use following widget code on your site:
Code:
<div>
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://app.ecwid.com/script.js?STORE_ID" charset="utf-8"></script>
<script type="text/javascript"> xVCategories("style="); </script>
</div>
STORE_ID should be changed with real ID of your store. Button and other design elements of your store can by changed using custom CSS theme. Please, refer to these articles for details how to change “Add to Bag”, “Checkout”, [url=http://kb.ecwid.com/How-to-change-your-%22Place-Order%22-button“Place Order”[/url] and “Continue Shopping” buttons.

4. Unfortunately, Ecwid don’t have multi-editing functionality yet. However, you can use “Import/Export” functionality in order to change the same info for several products. Please, refer to this post where described how to change products prices using Import/Export functionality.

5. Currently, Ecwid allows to set different taxes for the products. However, the information about total of sales taxes isn’t showing in Ecwid control panel yet. If you consider that this functionality should be added in Ecwid, please, create an idea here: http://ideas.ecwid.com/forums/22031-...ory/7053-taxes and we will email you when it is released.

6. Unfortunately, Ecwid doesn't currently have built-in feature for setting two prices for a product and displaying the retail prices near the regular ones automatically. Please vote for this idea to get this functionality implement in Ecwid sooner:

In the meantime you can consider a workaround - displaying the regular product prices in the product descriptions so your customer will know that the actual price is discounted.

If you need a professional help with your Ecwid store design, I suggest you to contact our colleagues from Qualiteam: http://www.ecwid.com/connect/unique-...for-ecwid.html

I also want to note that Yola provides support on e-commerce inside their sites in their own support facility as described here http://www.yola.com/tutorials/articl...944433578/FAQs Were they able to help you?
