The mobile version looks terrible, with the majority of all online shoppers opting to shop via mobile device this should be an absolute priority. As soon as the customers see such an unprofessional looking site they will just press the back button and probably wouldn't consider re visiting that site. Can you please give me an idea on when this will be sorted.

Hi,

Yes, mobile shopping for Ecwid is going to be settled shortly, as we're finalizing the responsive design. Please, refer to this forum thread where we explain our mobile plans:

Any updates yet? As per the previous threads, simply being able to remove the header would improve the appearance greatly. On mine it sits right along side the logo and looks like formatting gone very wrong.

Hello Nicole,

New mobile version of Ecwid store is available by following address: https://driftfacials.ecwid.com/m. This is full-features online store, which automatically adjusts to the screen size of mobile device you use.

In additional to that Ecwid store's adaptive design is available for the store installed on your site. Thus, if your site has responsive design, Ecwid will work just fine there.

If you have any questions, please, feel free to ask.

The last time I looked the horizontal menu was not adaptive. Has this been fixed now?

Hi Maya,

I think you misunderstood my question. As highlighted by dcogzell, the horizontal menu on the mobile site is not adaptive. When I insert a logo (system settings), the header aligns right beside it. Is there an option to either 1) remove the header and just go with a logo or 2) being able to format the name header so it is more presentable. It would appear that the overall design is 'responsive' however the header is not

Could you send me the screenshot of changes that you want to apply to your mobile store?

Attached is what the mobile version looks like on computer and what it looks like on iphone 5.

Neither are presentable as there is no facility in systems setting to edit the header, only to add a logo (or not).

I have opted to not add logo - see here: http://driftfacials.ecwid.com/

as it is the 'better' of the 2 options. What would be great is to be able to delete the header and just go with the logo.

Not sure if the attachments have worked?? I used the attachment feature as jpeg files. Please advise how I'm to attach if this isn't the right way. I can't take a screenshot as it's on my mobile phone - not computer.

Hello Nicole,

http://driftfacials.ecwid.com/ - this is the link to the obsolete version of mobile Ecwid store, actually. We have stopped develop it a while ago. Instead of it, we have created new adaptive design, which allows to use full-featured Ecwid store in all modern mobile devices. New mobile version of your store is available by following link: http://driftfacials.ecwid.com/m and we highly recommend to use it for mobile sales.

If you need any help with adding logo to this version of your store, please, let me know.

Hi Maya,

Yes, I will need help adding my logo to the new mobile version of store. In system settings - general - mobile version - it defaults to the old site https://driftfacials.ecwid.com There is no option to change this to https://driftfacials.ecwid.com/m so the logo when added (nor the text header) appears on this version of the site.
