Ecwid store not visible on mobile is it because i haven't paid for it?


Hi, i'm trying out ecwid before i actually pay for it and i noticed that my store doesn't appear on mobile devices, is this because i haven't paid for it or is it because of another problem, it appears and functions properly on my computer and it's integrated well enough in the website i'm making using squarespace.

Please, let me know a link to your website. We'll look into the problem.
Basically free Ecwid accounts include all features enought to open and run fully-featured online store. And if you're using a free plan, your Ecwid will be up and running on your site, including mobile version. In order to allow your mobile customers to access your store, please make sure to install mobile adaptive skin on your site and to enable responsive layout in your Ecwid control panel, System Settings -> General -> Migrations, setting "Adaptive design for Product browser".

I tried it on the default android browser and it's visible, must be a problem with Opera for android because i can't view it there, thanks for the feedback and help.

Can you please detail what version of Opera for Android are you using and what version of Android does that device run?

It's Opera Version 7.5.33361 running on Android Version 2.3.6

Which exactly Opera is that? Since there are many flavors, starting with Opera Mini

Thank you for your patience. I have tested your Ecwid store https://lrpartsdirect.squarespace.com/store/ on different Android devices, including an LG smartphone with Android v2, on Opera classic and Opera mini. The store is opened and working.
But we were able to catch the moment when the store wasn't opened in Opera mini yesterday, and today it is working fine already. Most likely, the problem was temporary and had something to do with Opera Mini browser functioning. Could you check it on your side and let us know if you still don't see the store on your mobile?
