Single Products with one Root Category but many Children and GrandChildren Categories

Hello.

I'm currently working for a Wig re-sale business that has multiple categories for thousands upon thousands of wigs. The issue that I'm having a hard time trying to solve in an efficient manner is that one of our products can have one Root category, but 10 - 15 children categories that it also belongs in, And then one grandchildren per child category...

An example would be that One male wig that was new can belong in:

Root: Wigs

Children: Departments, Length, Color, Price, Style, Manufacturer, Brand, etc...

Grandchildren: Men's, New arrivals, 5 1/2", Blonde, $125.00, etc...

I've looked on the forums and I can figure out one way of making the CSV files, but it sounds incredibly inefficient for what I need to do for the amount of products we offer.

Hello,

At the moment the only way to import products to Ecwid is using a CSV file. Here you can find the detailed instruction: https://help.ecwid.com/customer/port...rting-products We are definitely planning to improve this but there is no ETA yet, unfortunately.

Please, refer to this post for instructions on importing products belonging to many categories at the same time: http://www.ecwid.com/forums/showthread.php?t=33421#4
