Question

Logo Versions - Old Logo Showing Up


Hello,
I have kind of a Goldilocks problem. The first logo I uploaded was too big, the second too small, and the third is correct. The issue is that the first version is still showing in the emails and the second one is still showing in the invoices. The only place I see the third and correct version is on the starter site. Could I be updating the wrong file?

I inspected your account settings carefully and found out the cause of such behavior. Let me explain this to you in details.

The thing is, you should set up a logo for Starter site, mail notifications, and invoice separately.

1 - To change the Starter site logo

- proceed to Ecwid control panel > Settings > General > Starter site tab and click on "Edit starter site" button
- a new settings page will be opened, you should scroll it down and change the logo

2 - To change the mail notifications logo

- go to Ecwid control panel > Settings > Mail page and scroll it down
- upload the needed logo, like this:



3 - To change the invoice logo

- navigate to the control panel > Settings > Invoice page
- upload the needed logo for the invoice, like this:



As a side note. Please, remember to validate your email.
