Disconnect Square from deleted Wix site


A trial shop was set up through the ecwid app on a Wix site and connected to Square as payment gateway. The site was then deleted. However we are still getting errors that we cannot hook up the new store to Square because it is still connected to the deleted store. How do we fix this?

Hi! Thanks for the reply. There are a couple of stores attached to the account under bradcoaching@gmail.com

At this point we would like to have them all disconnected from Square....

Hi there,

I've checked our system and there are no accounts associated with bradcoaching@gmail.com that have Square Payments connected to it.

Are you sure that you don't have any other registered Ecwid accounts that you could connect Square payment to?
