Hi Marie,

If I understand you right, you want to get Ecwid paid plan and wonder how you can stop it when you want to.

Actually, we believe that once you start using one of our paid plans with all its useful features, you will not want to give up on it. With paid plans you can get the ability to create discount coupons, customer groups, ability to export products, etc. Also, I should note that plans have a different product limits, for example on the Free plan you can have 10 products in your store, on Business plan – 2 500 products, etc.

If you still decide to stop using a paid plan, you can downgrade to the Free plan at any time: go to your Control panel > click on your name in the right upper corner > Billing and plans and click "Switch" on the Free plan. Please, note that when you downgrade, you will not be able to use paid features any more.

If you get any other questions or you need help in choosing a plan which will suit your business needs best, feel free to write back. We are always glad to help.
