upgrade was charged and accepted but not showing!


I paid for an upgrade to premium via WIX. I have an invoice showing payment was accepted. I logged out and logged in. I am still being treated like a free customer. Please help. My card was charged and I have NOT been upgraded!

Default STILL CANNOT UPGRADE OR VERIFY!

KEEP GETTING THE MESSAGE: You cannot add any more products to your store because you have reached your limit of 10 products. To add more products, you need to upgrade your account.

NOT COOL.
we paid for this saturday afternoon.
we logged out for 2 days.

this should be resolved and our purchase honored.
we CANNOT verify the account -- we keep getting an error message.

THIS IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

PLEASE RESPOND BY 3PM EASTERN TIME OR GIVE US A REFUND.
we are terribly upset.

and yes, we deleted cookies and empty the cache.

not working. not cool.
