Admin notification emails not being delivered


In the past 24 hours a number of orders have been placed in our store but the notifications are not being delivered to one of the individuals listed in our admin notifications.

This email address is on a POP email and over the weekend someone flooded her email with large attachments filling up the inbox so it was sending bounce back emails to everyone.
http://www.ecwid.com/forums/showthread.php?t=29871 I found this forum post explaining that email address that sent a bounce back or spam flag would be added to a rejection list, which I imagine is what happened since the other person is still receiving them normally.

How do I go about having this rejection list flag removed from that email? I've cleared the inbox and made sure no spam flags were set already.

Hello!

I'm very sorry that you have faced this issue. I’ve just checked our records and discovered that the last 8 e-mails sent out to one of your mailboxes were not delivered due to a so called “soft bounce”. Thus your email address was added to the Rejected list in our mail server. So after that our mail server has stopped sending you new emails and that’s why you didn’t receive any of notifications about new orders.

As we see you cleared up your mailbox, so we removed your email from the rejected list and you should receive the next notifications from your Ecwid store to your email. In case you still don’t see any new notifications coming from your Ecwid store about new orders, please check the settings of your email server.
