Credit Card Charged No Order in Ecwid


We are experiencing an intermittent error resulting in lost orders and angry customers.

Credit card is charged but there is no order information in Ecwid...no customer, no order, no abandoned cart.

The only way to know this has happened is to manually compare our Credit Card processing records against the Ecwid order log.

I'm sorry for the delayed reply here, this sounds like an urgent problem, did you reach out to us in chat or by email?

I'm following up here, if you didn't, can you please send me your store ID?

The abandoned cart should always be there if the customer went thought to the payment page, that is for sure.
