Hello,

I have received the following message when I try to import a csv file back in. The funny thing is I am using the export that I got from Ecwid and only changed the SKU and some descriptions.

Error Message:

Error details: 'SKU' or 'Name' column has to contain value
Line number: [1094]

I checked all 109 products SKU and Name and all of them contain a value. Why is it putting up this error message?

I have attached a link to the file for review. I did not change the order from what was exported from Ecwid.

Hi,

Thank you. The problem was that the file contained odd symbols (commas) in the end. I've corrected the file and attached it to my message. Please, check.
The unnecessary symbols might be added when file is opened in Excel or OpenOffice. And you can notice it if to open the file in a text editor, which I'd recommend doing before the import.

Also, please mind, the file has two additional columns for product URL and product ID. They should be included in the import settings too as 'Skip column'. Here's a screenshot of the import settings for your file: http://d.pr/i/jNy6

And one more thing, the product images links in the file almost all are not working and give 404 page not found error. For ex.:

etc.
Hence the images won't be created.
Please, make sure to update the file with working links for the images.
