Ecwid provides an ability to set three kinds of shipping rates:
- Carrier-calculated shipping rates
- Flat rates
- Rates based on weight and subtotal
If you want to provide your customers an ability to choose wether they want their order to be delivered for free or using the premium shipping option, you should set two shipping options:
- Flat rate with 0 charge
- Flat rate with the premium charge
If you want to calculate premium shipping rate based on weight or order subtotal, you should use custom table shipping option.
