Hello,

In Ecwid you can track inventory on product level. You can set product quantity for all your products separately, or as in your case, for a single product. When the product is bought it’s quantity automatically reduces. When a product’s quantity is decreased to 0, the product gets “Out of stock” status and can’t be ordered anymore.
When some product becomes “Out of stock” Ecwid you will be notified about it.

You can set product quantity can in your control panel → Catalog → Products → Product modify page → Stock Control block → “Manage” link.
