The Ecwid store front by itself comes up fine,
Our server is not having any performance issues,
Joomla and the necessary components are up to date 3.4.0, Rokecwid component 2.2.
The issue seems to be how the store is coming into the site through the Rokecwid component. Can anyone help shed some light on this issue? Thank you.

Hello,
I am sorry you have faced this issue.
Ecwid is
designed to be a fast shopping cart and we often hear from our clients that Ecwid is indeed very fast compared to other eCommerce platforms, so we take such messages seriously.
Please mind, it is not only Ecwid widgets loading time: it is the t
ime of the whole site loading. When you see the loading bar it means that Ecwid is just waiting for the site to be loaded: all its content, images, styles and scripts and so on.
I have examined
your website and
your starter site with
Chrome Developer Tools > the Network tab, and it looks like the
average load time is approximately 5 seconds. I also have checked our test server with Joomla 3.4.0 and Ecwid extension 2.2 on it and it loads speedily too. But I understand it does not mean that it is working fine as long as the store is loaded slowly for you.
To understand what might be the problem we need more information from you. Please be sure to provide the following:
1. Check your
Ecwid Starter Site at first place. It will show whether it is Ecwid or some site elements slow down.
As you said, you have already checked
your Starter Site and it loads fast, it usually means that Ecwid itself loads fast on a merchant's site as well.
2. Check the
Ecwid Demo Store.
3. Try opening the store from different browsers. It will indicate whether it is a browser specific problem.
4. Try opening the store from other computers (with different internet provider). It will show you whether the problem is in the internet connection.
5. Make a record of a browsing session containing detailed report on each element loaded on the page. For that you should use Chrome browser and generate a HAR file. Please, follow the steps enumerated in the
How to Generate a HAR File article and attach that file to your bug report.
To summarize the above, in order to help you, it would be great if you checked your website and store in different browsers, with different Internet connections, generated a HAR file and let us know what Joomla extensions you have installed besides Ecwid Joomla extension, what browser extensions and antivirus software you might be using.
