Default Add More button not going away

Hello, Ive been trying to get rid of the add more button on the product details page, however the code seems to not have any effect on it. I have been using

button.gwt-Button.ecwid-productBrowser-details-addMoreButton {
display: none;
}

but it still shows on my page.

the full code right now is

div.ecwid-productBrowser-details-qtyPanel,
td.ecwid-productBrowser-cart-itemsTable-cell-qty,
td.ecwid-productBrowser-cart-itemsTable-headerCell-qty {
display:none;
}
div.ecwid-productBrowser-productsGrid div.ecwid-productBrowser-price {
color: #000066;
}
div.ecwid-productBrowser-details div.ecwid-productBrowser-price {
color: #000066;
}
div.ecwid-productBrowser-cart-totalAmount {
color: #000066;
}
button.gwt-Button.ecwid-productBrowser-details-addMoreButton {
display: none;
}

am i doing something wrong?

Hello!
Thanks for reaching out!

The reason why the code you’re applying doesn’t hide the “Add More” button is that there’s been an update in Ecwid recently that changed certain elements (including the buttons).

I’ve made the necessary changes to the code so now it should work properly:
Code:
/*Removes QTY panel*/
div.ecwid-productBrowser-details-rightPanel div.ecwid-productBrowser-details-qtyPanel {
display: none !important;
}
/*Removes Add More button*/
div.ecwid-productBrowser-details-rightPanel .ecwid-btn--addMore {
display: none !important;
}
If you apply this code to your custom CSS theme in your Ecwid Control Panel > Settings > Design, the QTY field and the “Add More” button will be hidden from the Product Details page.

Just for your interest, there is an article in our Knowledge Base where you can find the instructions on how to identify the site’s elements: https://help.ecwid.com/customer/en/p...gn#findelement

If you have any further questions, we are always here to help.

Thank you so much! Is there anyway to get rid of the quantity option on the check out page as well or no?

Hello!

Yes, it is possible to hide the qty option from the checkout page. To do so, please, insert the following code before all the existing codes in your active custom CSS theme and save the changes:

Code:
.ecwid-productBrowser-cart-itemsTable-headerCell-qty {
  display: none !important;
}

.ecwid-productBrowser-cart-itemsTable-cell-qty {
  display: none !important;
}
As you apply the code, there will be no QTY options shown at the Checkout page.

If you have more questions, we are always glad to help.
