How to Apply Sales Tax to Single State

I am using the free version of Ecwid. I am trying to add a sales tax rate to the state of New York only.

I have added New York in the Zones tab and saved it, but it DOES NOT appear in the Taxes tab in the Zone Dropdown menu.

It only gives my 3 options: USA, US & Canada, EU.

Am I doing something wrong??

Wow. Nevermind! Problem solved. The instructions were very clear:

1. Open your Ecwid control panel.
2. Go to the "System Settings → Zones" page. Press the "New Zone" button.
3. Change the name of the created destination zone. Then click on the "Add state..." button and add the necessary state (i.e. "United States: California") state. Save the changes.
4. Go to the "System Settings → Taxes" page.
5. Press the "New Tax" button.
6. Enter your tax name and define the other settings
7. Click on the "New Rate" button. Select the zone created earlier and enter the tax rate(for example 5%). Save the changes.
