Shipping with MDS Collivery in the Durban area makes no provision for the suburbs like Pinetown, New Germany, Westmead, Kloof, Hillcrest, etc. Can these areas be added or what is the alternative? These areas are serviced by MDS Collivery, but the software makes no provision for this. Surely it will affect shipping rates????

Let me please exlain, that MDS Collivery is a carrier-calculated shipping method. When you are using carrier calculated shipping methods in your store, Ecwid collects the order information (origin address, shipping address, order weight and parcel dimensions), sends this information to carrier servers, receives the rates and shows them to your customers on the checkout and includes the selected shipping method cost in the order total.

In other words, Ecwid does not make up any rates for carrier-calculated shipping methods. These rates are sent to us from the carrier companies themselves and we do not affect them in any possible way. MDS Collivery doesn't have suburbs like Pinetown in their online database, that's why you do not see them on the checkout in your store.
