Ecwid Search Box

Ok so I know this is a popular discussion but after going through all relevant threads I can not find an answer to my question..

So I am trying to get rid of the black line within the search box (image attached)

If anyone has a CSS code to remove this black line I would greatly appreciate it

Hi Lisa,

Alexandra with Ecwid team here, thank you for reaching us out.

If I got you right, the search box should look like this:

If I am right, please do the following:

– In your Ecwid Control Panel go to Settings – Design, click Edit theme.
– Copy and paste the code below to your active CSS theme, then save the changes.

Code:
input.ecwid-search-widget__input {
    border: 1px transparent !important;
    box-shadow: none !important;
}
If you'd like to learn more on how to change Ecwid design with the help of CSS, please refer here: Ecwid + CSS.

Hope this helps. Let us know if any other questions arise.
