Mail settings: Customer Notifications Not being saved

Hello I am running a Japanese store, so I have changed the customer notice to my language but Order is rejected and Order Shipped notifications are not being saved. I have rewritten the entire message twice and after saving is fine, but the next day they go back to English.
Is there any solution to this problem?
