Thank you very much for the message. We are working on the investigation and keep you informed on the progress.

Please, accept our sincere apologies for the delay.

We do understand the importance of such situations, we can see that your web store is almost not operable. Ecwid was designed so to load as fast as it possible and our customers should never face the performance issues. Please, have a look: http://www.ecwid.com/blog/ecommerce/speed-matters.html Most oftenly the reason of such issues is outside the plane of causes which related to Ecwid.

We were able to reproduce the issue from time to time, links loads pretty fast sometimes, or not loading at all during another attempt. We’ve conducted the investigation and it shows that Ecwid can’t be the reason of your web site slowness and such behavior.

Please, let me explain. The web page passes the several stages to load the content, here is the simplified scheme:

- Domain was requested - DNS service resolved the request
- Web server processed the request, processed the php code, other content - returned the processed content to your browser
- Your web browser got the content - displayed loaded HTML content part
- Browser hit the point of web page when the java script starts - processing the script. This is the step when Ecwid starts loading, you can see the Ecwid processing bar on your screen.
- Final step, all the javascripts including none Ecwid scripts were loaded and displayed by browser - You can see all the content of your web page, including Ecwid widgets, you are able to operate the web store and social widgets, for example.

In our situation, the web pages can’t be loaded, not Ecwid widgets.

You can always check your Ecwid operability by checking the simple store view of your web store. Here you can read about the simple store: http://kb.ecwid.com/w/page/24960498/...e-store%20link

Your simple store link is the following, here you test your ecwid store front, located not on your server, without your own HTML code which could affect the Ecwid widget load: http://app.ecwid.com/jsp/923035/simple-store#!/

Your web store is working as well and loading pretty fast as far as you can see.

The possible reasons of the mentioned issue could be different:
- web server misconfiguration;
- the wrong rewrite rules configuration under your web server public directory;
- network issues;
- other server related issues;

Please, contact your hosting provider - technical support. They should be able to resolve the issues asap.

Please, do not hesitate to ask any questions. We always happy to help you.
