Clicking on FB post redirects to blank page

I shared a product from my Wix site today onto Facebook. On clicking the shared link, I'm redirected to a blank page on my Wix site. Can you please advise how to correct this?

This is the URL I was attempting to share:
https://canberra6.wixsite.com/turmer...lend-p95152519

This is the FB Sharer URL:
https://facebook.com/sharer/sharer.p...9%3A1439289266

This is the URL that was actually shared to FB: http://turmeric4you.ecwid.com/products/95152519

But on clicking the shared URL, I am redirected the following URL which is a blank page: https://canberra6.wixsite.com/turmer...end/p/95152519

Store URL: https://canberra6.wixsite.com/turmeric4u/online-store

Hi Andrew,

Adam's here with Ecwid Customer Care Team. Thank you a lot for your patience!

I tried to reproduce the issue in one of my accounts — the link works correctly. I am really sorry that you have to deal with this. We are investigating what is causing the issue in your store now.

Sure thing, I will post the update here and let you know how this can be resolved.

Stay tuned!

Hi,

It's Adam with Ecwid Team. Thank you for waiting!

I am here to deliver the news — the issue has been resolved by our developers. At the moment you can share your products on Facebook and the link from Facebook will redirect to the initial product from your site.

Also, I have noticed that the Next-gen look and feel of product pages on the storefront feature is disabled in your store. This new feature uses a different algorithm for generating URLs and it is unlikely to face the similar issue if this new feature is enabled in your Ecwid store.

You can always check the new available features in Ecwid Control Panel > Settings > What's New. The new features are enabled by default for the recently registered Ecwid stores.

I hope this information is helpful. Feel free to reach out again should you have any questions — we are here to help.
