Hello!

Well, the reason for the error message appearing here is that Ecwid import requires certain format, and it recognizes only certain values with a total of 14 different product properties. Some have different names, some aren’t supported (like supplier ID), so for a successful import they should be either deleted, or skipped - “skip column” option.

Here’s a list of columns that were used in the file you provided, with corresponding (or usable) Ecwid columns, that might suit your needs:

supplier_id - none
drop_ship_fee - none
supplier_name - none, can be displayed as an attribute later
product_id - none
product_sku - SKU
title - in Ecwid it’s the same as item name, that would be displayed at the top of the page - Name.
warranty - none, can be displayed in “description” field tho.
description - description
condition - none, can be included into “description” field, or as another attribute.
details - none, can be a part of “description”
manufacturer - none, can be a separate attribute
brand_name - Brand
case_pack_quantity - none, can be an attribute or an option
country_of_origin - none, can be description of attribute
product_last_update - none
item_id - none
item_sku - same as SKU
mpn - none, can be a new attribute
upc - UPC
item_name - same as Name
item_weight - Weight
ship_alone - none
ship_freight - none
ship_weight - none
ship_cost - Fixed shipping rate
max_ship_single_box - none
map - none
price - Price
custom_price - none
prepay_price - none
street_price - none, yet like the two above, can utilize “Recommended price”
msrp - none
qty_avail - quantity
stock - same as quantity
est_avail - none
qty_on_order - none
item_last_update - none
item_discontinued_date - none
categories - different format - requires either category URL, or a path to it
attributes - none
image_file - Image URL
image_width - none, pre-set
image_height - none
additional_images - none, altho it’s possible to create a gallery
folder_paths - none
is_customized - none

In the attachment there’s a file edited for import to Ecwid, just an as an example. On the screenshot there’s a correct order of columns that would work with this file: http://monosnap.com/image/4gGwbBdmgO...mcb9hxCgkYTao#

Quantity column exists in Ecwid, but it can’t be equal to zero, so if you are going to import products out of stock, make them “disabled” by default, like I did in this file.

More about importing, that will guide you through the process, can be found in this article:

Hello!

Like I mentioned above (http://www.ecwid.com/forums/showpost...13&postcount=2 ), the reason for the error message appearing here is that Doba and Ecwid formats are different: some values have just different names, while some aren’t supported (like Supplier_id in Ecwid), so for a successful import a CSV file should be edited, and some values should be either moved, deleted, or skipped with “skip column” option.
