Hi,

You can remove Ecwid tab from your FB page this way:
- Open your FB page (you will need to be logged in as the page administrator)
- In the tabs bar, click the down arrow icon, screenshot: http://kb.ecwid.com/f/1359445860/kb_payv_1.png
- Mouse over the Ecwid tab - the edit icon (a pencil) will appear. Click it. Screenshot - http://kb.ecwid.com/f/1359445620/kb_payv_2.png
- In the drop-down menu choose Uninstall app

Hi, I have tried this repeatedly and the app says it uninstalls and when the page refreshes, it is still there. Please help, this is driving me crazy!!!
