Sorting drop down is blank


Website: shop(dot)mnm(dot)ca

I use wordpress and the sorting box should be defaulting A-z but instead it is blank and my items do not sort in any order.

I had that once before on my starter site and it was fixed

It also does it on my starter site store(dot)mnm(dot)ca

Sorry for keeping you waiting, yet we have good news: in the recent update our team has released a fix for the bug we’ve talked about a while ago (the default products sort order).

So, wanted to let you know: now we have restored the service. The default products sort order works without any issues now.

Please accept our deepest apologies for the problem. All data (products, orders, your store settings, etc) are safe and intact. Your Ecwid stores continue working as usual.

If you need to make any other adjustments and you are not sure how to do it, feel free to write back. I'll be glad to help you further.
